Weather forecasts - essential race planning information

No Sailing page is complete without a weather service, the UK Met Office is as good a source as I know - one day when I'm rich and famous I'll buy them a window for their office to improve the accuracy ;-)

WCS Marine an excellent alternative to the Met Office - they are an independent weather forcaster in the UK.
You can also subscribe to their free weekend weather Email service - they send you the weekend forecast every Thursday - just send a blank email to wcsMarine

The met office also offers an excellent service where they can send you the forecast via SMS to your Mobile Phone I've used it & it works !
